Product Update: Version 5.4
Hyperview 5.4 brings even more ways to fine-tune, secure, and visualize your data center environment. Here is what’s new.

Sensor-Level Access Control
You asked — we listened. You can now control access to individual sensors, making it easier to restrict visibility to sensitive asset data based on user roles.

Smarter BACnet Monitoring
BACnet/IP support has been upgraded to handle more complex network topologies, so your monitoring setup can scale more easily with your infrastructure. Please note, you’ll need to update to the latest version (5.4.x) of the Data Collector to take full advantage of this enhancement

Powerful New Location Dashboard Widgets
Get clearer insights into your environment with four new widgets you can add to any location dashboard:
- Rack Power Ranking – Top 10: See which racks are drawing the most power.
- Power Usage: Visualize your facility’s total power and IT energy trends.
- Average Temperature & Humidity: Track environmental conditions over time.

Enhanced Quick and Advanced Search
We’ve added a toggle between exact and fuzzy matching, so you can fine-tune your search precision. Plus, a new “Is Equal to Any Of” filter in Advanced Search lets you quickly match multiple values (e.g., a list of serial numbers) in one go.
Other Notable Enhancements
Smarter Location Layout View
Now you can visualize Business Entities right on your layout — perfect for seeing which racks belong to different departments or teams.
Firmware Management
Firmware pages now show whether a device is set up for update control — and you can bulk update credentials for multiple devices in one go.
Local Time Conversion
Sensor exports now include an option to convert timestamps to your local time zone.
SNMP Trap Events
You can now view raw trap variable data for easier troubleshooting.
- AssetTracker Support Expanded
- Now supports the C68 Expansion Hub
- Single and dual-door sensors are supported
- A new Door Status Sensor property has been added to racks
